Terrible Experience - Damaged Product and Unresponsive Customer Service. Upon receiving the product, I discovered severe damage to the Metal bed frames. When I contacted Bindesh Shah, I was shocked to be told that I should not have accepted the product without checking. How could I have known about the damage without opening the boxes? I explicitly communicated that the boxes themselves were damaged, but Bindesh Shah insisted it was only external damage. I opened the boxes as instructed by Bindesh Shah, and to my dismay, the bed frames were extensively damaged. I immediately sent pictures of the damage and was informed that the shipping company would assess the damage within four days. Do not buy from them. Most of the reviews are bots and their own friends/relatives from India trying to boost their fraud operations. They are fraud and stole from my friend who paid for microfridge almost two months ago and they keep lying that FedEx did not deliver or it was not accepted. How can anyone order something, pay almost $500 and then refuse to accept delivery? They have refused to refund, and this might be going to small courts claims.
