Customer Reviews
My second time at this property, and will def not be my last! The location is easy access to so many things, with a Trader Joe's conveniently located across the side street. The staff could not be nicer or more accomodating. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to experience Weho with the ease of walking distance to so much!
Came into West Hollywood for a concert at the Whisky a Gogo which is why I chose to stay here. For most part room was good. No hot water for shower in the morning. As mentioned, parking is $50 which idk if it's reasonable for the area but I was there NYE. Trader Joe's directly across the street. Room had fridge but no microwave. No breakfast which wasn't a deal breaker considering the area would've been nice. Interesting characters staying at hotel...use your imagination..is it or isn't.
Positive: Location! Negative: The housekeeping staff was very noisy in the hallways at 7:30am on Sunday morning. The bathroom outdated and grout and corners filthy. The carpet had been shampooed but the room had little circulation so there was a ln odor. Parking $50, yikes!
My son and I needed a reasonably priced hotel to stay in as we toured college campuses. We had NO experience in L.A., having come from a little country town in the South, we had to rely on our research from the internet … SO glad we did! This hotel is not fancy and needs a makeover, but we expected this at our price point. What was important to us was the *safety* and service, both of which get 5 stars from us! We felt very comfortable here. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The hotel is a few feet away from a bus stop, grocery, pharmacy, and a lot of cute little shops and restaurants. We would DEFINITELY recommend!!!
Parking is pricey at $50 per day although it's a covered, secure garage. Housekeeping upon request. $300 security deposit on a card is required. Some staff are excellent- and the rest should not be working in hospitality. Out-dated phones and carpeting, broken light bulbs and fixtures (VERY DANGEROUS), furniture could get an upgrade. No screens on windows. Some rooms have a balcony but most don't. Lofts are very nice, unique, and trendy, with the bathroom being downstairs. Cleanliness - not too bad, dust accumulates from rooms being empty but overall in my opinion, decent enough that I would rebook in the future
