Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Virginia Beach

i definitely enjoyed my stay here !! there were no towels in the room but they were brought up within 1-2 hrs after check in and there’s slight tobacco smell in the hallways but not in the rooms. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and front desk staff was nice. Overall 8/10 :)

Positive: The location is great for the beach, beautiful view and the staff were excellent and very helpful Negative: The hotel is definitely dated and could use lots of upgrades and work. The key reader for the back door was broken and half hanging off the wall. The phone in the elevator was broken and the box was half off the wall.

Always a great stay. Dee was wonderful yet again. A few issues with the heater in the pool being out and being short staffed but the pulled together and got the job done. Special thanks to Maintenance Man Paul for stepping in to help out. Manager on duty...always a great joy, hope you enjoy your vacation.

I want to say that all the staff were wonderful. AnnaMarie, Delicia and Cindy were what I call customer service excellence! They gave me a lot of information of where to go for certain things. Being new to VA. Bch I knew nothing. I've never stayed in a hotel on the beach before. It was exciting to see the Christmas lights at night. There was a young man that also made sure I was happy. I have recommended the hotel to all of my family and friends. When I come again, I will be staying at the Ramada!

I always tend to go back to this hotel when I’m in the area. It’s affordable, quiet, cozy. I have no complaints. Sometimes I’m able to checkout at 1PM rather than 11AM and that’s a major plus for me. They accommodate my needs. The ocen view is nice, which I like. The staff is also readily to help, especially Kayla the front desk manager. I recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s also low profile, which I like. Not a perfect hotel but it gets the job done. Thank you Ramada at Virginia Beach :).
