Our first interaction was with Delecia, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable- to say she took care of us is an understatement! Above and beyond customer service from Delicia, Theo(Theophillus Ross-AGM) and Anna! Our stay was wonderful! We stayed in Room 819 and the view and beds exceeded our expectations. So comfy! The room size was great! I do not want to be misleading - reading the other reviews- the hotel was clean, but it could use a renovation. I never smelled any odors that disturbed me, and we will stay again!

I was there for one night and left my wallet in a drawer on the coffee table. I been told by several people that nobody found my wallet. I have a second wallet with all the important papers but this one I have for my receipts and other documents honesty is the one thing I wished someone have on this property.Also the door is stuck to open or close and shower water is too hot and cannot be regulated.

First room: phone didn’t work, shower wouldn’t turn off. Maintenance’s came to fix it and couldn’t. Left shower taken apart, ceiling exposed, said front desk would update us. They changed shifts and no one knew anything. Had to demand to change rooms because they weren’t doing anything. Second room: tv didn’t work. Found previous guests medicated ointment on the floor by the bed (gross). Was told our checkout was extended to noon but they called us at 11 saying no one knew and checkout was at 11. Only ice machine on second floor and wasn’t told by personnel. Another guest let me know. Only decaf coffee in both rooms 🙄 DONT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!

Mr. Patel you have to start tipping your delivery drivers, nobody its going to shop and deliver your orders for pennies.

Rooms not clean. Hot water was iffy. Won't be staying again .
