Absolutely disgusting! The bathroom was appalling. Asked for a different room- none available, asked for a cleaner - the lady literally snapped at us after looking at it saying its clean, she must be blind (black scum in the bottom, green slime at the nozzle, hardwater stains at the shower head which was blocking water coming out) and the fact that you yelled at customers is also appalling. This place is priced to be a mid level hotel , its a hole in the wall disgusting health concern type of a place. For the price … its a giant NO.

DO NOT STAY HERE. If I could give this negative stars, I would. I had to write a list of most everything so as not to forget because it was so bad. We would not walk in our room without shoes. See photos, please. I'll begin with the most benign. I travel a lot. Please read all. The shower is REMARKABLY REMARKABLY terrible! Worst in years. More hot water down the drain than through the shower. Towels suck-small and scratchy. I'll revisit this in the bad part. Bed moves-A LOT. No vending or ice-doors locked. Ice on demand; I had to go to front desk to ask and received a big frozen chunk...with LOTS of brown things in it. We had called before hand and asked if we would book a room for Saturday morning till Monday morning, the guy on the phone said they could do that for us. When we get into the hotel, it’s the same guy that helped us on the phone, and we tell him again we want a room from Saturday afternoon till Monday morning. We pay a total of 160 with a 40 dollar deposit that I will get back at the end of my stay. It’s Sunday morning and we are woken up by persistent knocking. The man at the door tells us we need to check out. We were confused since we got a room for two night, but he still tells us we need to check out. It turns out the person who helped us only booked us for one night. So on top of the 160 we have to pay 110 more and there was no apologies or reassurance for their mistake. Now we are p

Room it's a half star, service -10 Stars. You really don't want to stay here, I did because Expedia recommended, BIG MISTAKE!!!! The front desk took 30 min of my time to check me in. Ac in the room are old but if you wait 4 hrs they will work...ish. in the middle of the night I start smelling funny fumes and I talk to the guy in the office, he said " I can't give you another room, but if you come back in the morning I can extend your room with no extra charge, only the cost of the room" I think it's very stupid answer, I was complaining about the fumes not giving him a complement to get another night of headaches. Not worth the price. The rooms are nice and clean. Bathroom door didnt shut completely. Had people below call to complain we were walking too loud. The included breakfast consisted of snacks. There is no late check out even though our check in was around midnight. I even checked if rooms were available and they were not fully booked. There is a waffle house close by along with a Joe's crab shack.
