Ramada by Wyndham Saco/Old Orchard Beach Area

We had to stay due to repairs being made on our apartment. We went to check in 3pm, as listed. Front desk guy said he wasn't checking us in without a credit card. I called my landlord, she asked to speak to him to provide the information and he refused. We had to wait over an hour with 5 kids, 9 months to 10 years old in our car. We finally get checked in, rooms are supposed to be connected, I'm signing the paper and he changes the rooms and now we aren't connected. I clarified this, he said they were, and they weren't. He was very rude too. I needed more towels but no one is ever at the desk, I stood there 10 minutes before giving up. We stayed 2 nights, one room was stocked fully. Other room, was barely anything, doubt they even cleaned it before us coming. People are slamming their

The front desk staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location and is very clean and well taken care of. The room we stayed in was reasonably spacious and very clean looking and smelling with spotless sheets, floors, walls, and bathroom fixtures. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, as were the chairs in the room and there were plenty of electrical outlets for all our devices. It's also reasonably quiet. The only drawback was the older version tv with somewhat poor picture quality, with almost half of the stations unavailable. But because we had our own devices, this wasn't a major problem. Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely consider staying there again if we're ever in the area.

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially considering I’ve been a returning customer for years. When we arrived, the front desk employee made us wait while she stayed on the phone placing her own food delivery order, which felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. Once she finally assisted us, she gave us a difficult time about the card we were using for the reservation, even though everything was in order. At check-in, no one asked whether we had pets or service animals with us. Later that night, a staff member confronted me while I was walking my service dog and accused me of lying about having a pet. I was told I would be kicked out if I didn’t pay a pet fee immediately—even after explaining that he is a service dog, not a pet, and that we had never been asked ab
