Evergreen Motor Court

Stayed at Evergreen MC on my way to NYC, July 2012. I arrived at Old Orchard Beach without reservations and popped into the office. The nightly rate was about $100. Over priced but comparable to the area peak season.||||The property is quaint...the pool was nice and there is a building with some games (ping pong etc.) and a washer & dryer. The grounds are well maintained, you could tell it's the owners hobby farm. ||||The cabins are dated but clean. There is no A/C, but there is a fan. It was in the 90's and I asked for an extra fan and was given one.||||i was a bit put off by the owner as we went for a dip in the ocean..... came back to our cabin and was going to throw our towels and shorts in the washer.... and he wouldnt let me as it would be past 10 PM before the load was done. I had rented from owners in a private bedroom. It was very nice stay. Clean and friendly. There has been a disconnection when trying to obtain housing verification forms.

I received a great service. The owners were so friendly. I stay there for the whole summer in 2012. I have so many good memories.
