Classic Inn Saco Old Orchard Beach Maine

I attempted to stay at this location for one night last minute. i arrived and had a quick check in. asked about cleanliness & their cleaning services as i was a little grossed out on arrival. i was assured rooms were cleaned by a cleaning service and very clean. i go to my room to find blood stains on the sheets and bugs in the room. not sure of the bugs but im not taking chances. i immediately went back to the office to cancel my reservation. i had booked through booking.com and he canceled the security deposit & told me id have to take it up with the website i booked through. i immediately called the websites customer service line & they told me that id have to request on the app to cancel and that its between the location and i. the classic inn was the one responsible to issue the refun

Rooms are in bad shape. The chain on our door was broken and the furniture was in need of repair. Won't return.

The motel was clean and had no funny smells. It's just a regular room with a fridge and microwave. The location is fine, but it doesn't have a pool or ice. Lol. You check in at the motel across the street, and they give you a bucket and let you fill it. It was quiet.

What a dump. When I drove up, the roof was obviously in need of replacement, but I had already booked this through Priceline. The furniture was literally like it was pulled off the side of a street. The bathroom door was filthy. The bed was horrible and the sheets and pillows of the worst quality. It ruined our whole weekend. We stayed in room 210. It was gross.

Only gave low marks for service because you have to check in at a different motel. Room is good size
