Ramada by Wyndham Panama City

The room was very clean. The staff was nice. But…. Be prepared to sleep in outside summer day weather because the air conditioning barely works inside the building. It was very hot 🥵. So if you want air conditioning do not stay here because you will be miserable. Staff came to the room at 2:00AM and told me the room felt cool enough for her. She didn’t understand it was hot. Other than that it was clean and quiet.

Positive: The lady at the desk Negative: It was dirty, my room smelt like urine. The floor was sticky. It was just dirty all the way around. I slept on my beach towel and never took my shoes off.

I wish 0 stars was an option. This place is terrible!! Horrible service from the front desk the room was a joke we had stains and someone's hair all over the pillows. After all this they refuse to give me my deposit back at checkout claiming that it smelled like smoke. Absolute false claims from bad people. I highly recommend never staying here.

This property needs to be shut down, sold, or whatever. The manager has a bad attitude, does not wanna refund your money, etc The breakfast was trash, I woke up to my brand new Benz with a dent on the bumper. I hope they shut them down asap i will be filing a corporate complaint and disputing my card for my hard-earned dollars back, with me working in the field of hospitality, ǵeneral manager´i know how a hotel should properly run rs but whatever.

The owners kept our deposit without good reason. We left the room exactly how we arrived despite the fact that there was zero housekeeping during our entire 3 day stay. Go stay somewhere else. This isn't a 2-star hotel. It's a zero-star hotel ran by dishonest clowns.
