Ramada by Wyndham Milwaukee

This hotel was nice. It was clean, convenient, and provides shuttle service. The shuttle service was great. We received door to door service. As an option, the hotel is the bus route (30) to downtown. We took it once and it was easy. The hotel is walking distance to the Pabst mansion and a short drive to the casino. Two things prevent a higher rating - no wifi and poor breakfast. The Wi-Fi signal was non existent. The breakfast was not good but I really see it no different from most at this price point. Service from the attendant (Tamara) and house cleaning was great!

All staff were great, from reception to breakfast, and checkout. We interacted mostly with Shawn. Nick, part of the kitchen staff, was also great. We look forward to returning to stay here again for our next Milwaukee visit. Great staff, delicious breakfast, and super comfy beds. My wife had me take a picture of the pillows so we can have the same ones at home.

Positive: Location was convenient to the concert venue we were attending. Beds were comfortable. Negative: Very old hotel with only 3 floors. Parking is across the street in a very small lot and still costs an extra $20. Elevator door was tiny and narrow, as was the elevator. Bathroom was not clean, drain didn't work. Had to ask for soap at desk. Very noisey!

The lack of "normal" ability to watch tv--Apple tv only, no local stations, no ability to stream Netflix or Prime. Attempted to use the hotel room phone to call the front desk when the Wi-Fi password didn't work. The landline didn't work. I asked to change rooms, well before unpacking. There were numerous other vacant rooms. Desk staff politely denied request. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The microwave and refrigerator worked. The breakfast was fairly good. I could go on, but there's enough from this experience that I can exclude it from my options when choosing a hotel in the future.

The hotel is great I've been in room 1218 and the staff are very friendly and kind and helpful especially the manager Nikki. Definitely the best hotel I've been in rooms are always clean as well and the shuttle service is great too 👌🏾 definitely recommend to anyone coming here or looking to book. Choose Ramada
