Ramada by Wyndham Houston Westchase

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I stayed for two nights and couldn’t check in until almost two hours after the posted check-in time because the hotel was overbooked. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. On the morning of my second day, the toilet in my room overflowed and flooded the entire bathroom and the hallway outside of it. The bathroom became completely unusable. I reported it immediately, but the front desk refused to move me to another room, issue a refund, or provide any meaningful accommodation. The most concerning part is that the issue was never properly fixed or cleaned during my stay. I was left without a working restroom and without a clean, sanitary bathroom for the remainder of my time there. At one point, I was even given old towels and trash bag

Positive: Very clean and quiet, we didn't hear people all night long. Service was super, breakfast area was immaculately clean and delicious. Most importantly the hotel was minutes from the event we attended. Would definitely recommend to others. ????? Negative: Nothing was unlikable

Not bad but parking is small

Drove 5 hours to town for a friend’s birthday party. We booked several rooms here. One particular room did not have AC and had blood stains on the carpet (pictured). Strike 1: The manager (2/28/2026 at 3pm-11pm) was extremely rude to everyone in our party, as well as other guests, stating that any issues we had “were not his problem.” He said we clearly didn’t know how to work an air conditioner, and when he tried and failed, he called maintenance, who also failed to fix the problem. We expressed these issues at check-in within 5 minutes of entering the room. He tried, and 2 hours went by without a solution. We came back 6 hours later, and it was even hotter. This hotel seemed to be not maintained very well... Lighting was dim and the lobby was humid and uninviting, but all of our complaints about the facilities pales in comparison to the rude and unsatisfactory service from the staff member we dealt with. When we arrived, the AC unit in our room was not working. The hotel was overbooked (we overheard guests with reservations being turned away because they couldn't accomodate), so they couldn't move us to a different room. When we asked the staff member to see what they could do to fix the unit, he checked the room and claimed it was working and dismissed our complaint. After 2-3 hours of leaving the unit that was supposedly "fine" to cool down an empty room (we went to dinner, so no one was in the room), it was warmer than when we left. When w
