Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Spokane

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was awesome! Room was cozy. That means small but clean. It is an older hotel so it's not Caesars Palace. Breakfast was great! Upstairs in what was their restaurant. And you couldn't beat the price! $57 for a night and it wasn't a disgusting drug infested place! The pool was clean and heated. The only thing negative I could say is they could use new carpet in the hallway. But mostly... Bravos! Ramada! Lisa H.

This was a great hotel experience the rooms were clean and put together well. The staff was on top of everything from simple questions on were to eat to getting us extra towels and a roll away bed in the middle of the night. I really wanted to give a shout out to the front desk supervisor Jerilyn for her postive attitude and great personality she was amazing also to the handsome maintenance guy Phillip for coming up to my room personally to show me how to work my tv remote. I want to start by saying the front desk staff were wonderful. We stayed 2 nights and the first night was fine- the typical loud guests in the halls and kids screaming. The second night there was very loud music coming from above our room. When I spoke with the front desk staff they said they had told the party to quiet down and if it wasn't better in 10 minutes to let them know. After 15 minutes, it was just as loud. Finally after about 30 minutes the music ended. About 20 minutes after the music ended- someone started vacuuming and moving chairs for nearly an hour. One would think if there had already been multiple noise complaints that they would have held off on making more noise.

Positive: "" Negative: The location of this hotel is in a very sketchy area. I found a crack pipe next to my car when I left in the morning. The interior of the hotel was rundown and I was nervous my whole stay.

I choose this place due to recent 30 days reviews and thought I stumbled on a decent deal on a decent place. I was wrong. Getting to this place from the highway was cumbersome but a great spot going to/from downtown. I stayed in room 130 from 22-Nov-2025 though 24-Nov-2025. Room was right next to the side entrance of the pool and building elevator. Being next to both, prevented me from enjoying natural sunlight as many people, including ones parking, could see into my room. This had to keep curtains closed, making me feel in Prison cell. Combine that with 80's decor (notice the ceiling) and the various noise from outside, hallways, and neighbors above and next to me, all made it not a place I would visit or pay the premium $100 a night.
