While this park has always been a special place to me, I can honestly say the current manager, Brandi, is the best it has ever had. She truly cares about the property and the people who stay here. The park is beautifully maintained, organized, and welcoming. You can feel the difference in the atmosphere — it’s friendly, peaceful, and well-run. Brandi and crew go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and feel at home. After all these years, I can confidently say this is the best place to camp. We are at the resort as I am writing! We have been here 3 times and loved every single time! I had a problem that was fixed by Victor, on site. We are here to enjoy the next couple of days in a beautiful location!!!!! This is the place to stay

We spent Valentine’s Day 2026 here and had a fabulous time! We stayed in their most intimate cabin, and it was incredibly comfortable and cozy—perfect for a holiday getaway. We were even greeted with a lovely Valentine’s welcome gift upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch! The customer service was absolutely on point, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A wonderful spot in Ruidoso for a relaxing escape!

You better watch out with this place!! I mean be very cautious because if you come here you will end up coming back again and again and again! The customer service is amazing! From being able to call, text, or email and I bet if you asked, they’d try smoke signals as well! Each and every time I have gone I know I am in the very best hands. Such a clean and easy to get to place with plenty of RV hookups and my personal favorite the cabins! So nice and cozy yet all the comforts of home! But beware if you come and stay don’t be surprised if you want to just keep coming back to rest, relax, and unwind! Semper Fi!

We had such a wonderful experience staying here for my son’s travel baseball tournament. The park was clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made us feel right at home. Our site was spacious with easy hookups, and the facilities — including restrooms, showers, and laundry — were spotless. The location was perfect, with beautiful scenery and plenty of nearby attractions to explore. It’s also quiet at night, which made for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great RV spot!
