Just wowwww, second year for the winter , best of everything, partys , good , and lost of it the poeple , juste loved them

SO incredibly rude. We booked here and let them know we would be arriving late, around 6 pm they said "ok". They did not let us know there was not a late check in station and we were coming from Panama City. We ended up not arriving until 730pm due to insane traffic, and when we arrived no one answered their phones, the office number went to voicemail and no one around. I had to walk into the Bingo Hall event to ask for a manager and she was so upset she had to leave her game. With a gated property and no late check in instructions, we had no other way in to our site that we paid for. The next day, we left to go to Disney and came back at a decent hour like 6 pm. Very accommodating, helpful on the phone and a great staff when we arrived.

Stayed for 3days, great location. Campground is very clean and tidy. Many longterm tenants. Didn't use bathrooms or laundry but the park was nice and clean. Would stay here again. Mcdonalds tacobell, publix in a nearby plaza 1min drive

This is a great RV park. We've been full time RVing for a couple of years and this is definitely one of our favorites. Close to Disney, affordable monthly option, mail delivery and a pool table in the office. Not to mention every single person living here is SO NICE. Definitely recommend this park.
