Radisson Hotel and Conference Center Fond du Lac

Positive: The breakfast was fresh and hot with many choices. And different each day. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice luggage carts and outstanding pool. My room was very quiet and had everything I needed. Negative: Upon checking in about two hours early I was informed my room was not cleaned yet. When I offered to stay in a different room I was told I could not check in until 3PM regardless. After pleading she gave me a room at the furthest distance from the elev.

Stayed here this weekend with 3 coach buses of Family. This hotel has the best hospitality, rooms were clean, breakfast hot & fresh, Staff very professional and attentive. There isn’t enough stars to rate the experience. The stay was beyond exceptional. Thank you all for everything that you do. Chicago loves you all.

Spacious and well-priced hotel with good amenities. Having a basketball team at the hotel, the open area adjacent to the pool was very nice where the kids and adults could enjoy the evening. The staff was polite and helpful. The free beverage and 10% at the restaurant were nice perks as well.

HOT TUB IS BROKEN. Seems like the hot tub has been down for a while. Temporary wall built around it with rubber trim and pool signs attached to it. Would have booked Comfort Inn if we would have known. Why is it being advertised as having a hot tub? How long has it been broken? Breakfast was okay but have had better at Home2 Suite. Our heater squeaked extremely load every time it stopped Only saving part was the young lady at the desk was extremely nice. Will never stay here again!

Hot tub wasn't available. Staff did inform us on check in. Room wasn't cleaned well before we checked in. My toiletries bag was wet from water on the floor after arriving. The game room had machines not working. Restaurant attached was nice and had great service. The pool was also nice and warm.
