Northway Motel

This place should not be allowed to be in business! The floor is rotted. When you first enter the room it feels like you’re going to fall through the floor. The room stenches of mold. The heat blows out cold air and it’s 20-30 degrees outside. The shower is rotted. The gentleman checking people in appeared drunk and was unable to communicate. There was sketchy dealings going on all weekend long. Could only assume drug related by the volume of traffic pouring in and out. Will be reporting this business to BBB and health departments.

After a hot day being outside, and riding our motorcycles, we were looking forward to a quick check-in and good ac. We were able to check-in to the Northway Motel very quickly, the desk staff was very friendly and efficient. In addition we were able to park our bikes right outside our room which makes it easier to unload and keep an eye on our bikes. This ability plus the very pleasant people who run this motel makes this a motorcyle friendly motel. This is an older motel but the rooms were plenty big, the bathrooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Plus the room had a coffee maker, microwave and nice size fridge. We got a very good nights rest. Lots of restaurants within 1-2 miles.

As we checked in a man and the owner were fighting. The man staying at the motel broke a window. The heat in our room didn't work at all. After complaining no reimbursement. They knew the heat didn't work and still sold the room. Should have known from the breaking of the window to leave.

The staff was very kind. I hit major snags with my schedule, and they went out of their way to make my reservation work. The price was good, my room was clean, and the location was convenient. This isn't a flashy place, but it's good for any weary traveler in need of a clean place at an affordable price. There is also a nice restaurant on site that remains open until 3 p.m., and I was able to meet a freelance client there. I will stay at this motel again.

Absolutely disgusting and filthy. Covers had stains and were dirty. Walls had grime and filth. Bathroom was horrendous!!! You could tell they dont own and never used a vacuum before. Everything just covered in grime and im pretty sure I got bit by bed bugs.
