Customer Reviews
It’s only fair to give it a four because of the price. It was quite reasonable in comparison with every place else in the area. Overall, I would consider it quite dated. It has seen better days, but it’s management is trying very earnestly and my check-in boarded on delightful. The included breakfast buffet was more than adequate. The room was well equipped, but far from luxurious. The bed head, lots of pillows, but wasn’t that comfortable, a little firm for me. They had plenty of hot water, even though they had those old style faucets that I do not like I made the best of it. At first glance, I thought there were leaves on the floor of the tub, but it was just where the coating had chipped away. Housekeeping did good a job as they possibly could with what they had to work with. Be careful
Positive: price Negative: bed had a piece of wood broken (rough edges) off the headboard, ironing board was 90% rusty, lamp shade was bent up, ceiling in bathroom had yellow spots. door jam had been pried and had rust. a partial refund was vetoed. it is NOT 3 stars as advertised
I only stayed for one night but everything was great. From the moment I checked in till I left the next day. My room actually smelled clean when I first walked in and I was a little surprised because I have stayed in other places before and I immediately smelled mold/must. It was quiet at night even with the airport nearby but there were a couple of times I heard other people banging around. Still, I had a very pleasant experience here.
Was supposed to stay 2 nights. Had to call the cops cause 2 males attempted to break in. Heard a loud bang on my door (room 231) and then looked out the window to see them removing my screen. They opened my window but I was able to close it. All the cameras are not working for some reason. Some are unplugged. I'm never staying here again
Complementary breakfast is awesome, but the rooms are gross. I found a moldy lasagna in the microwave. The room had an awful smell to it, I left the door open for a while to try to air it out, but it didn't work. If they put a much effort into the rooms as they do with the breakfast, then they would be a great place.
