Quality Suites San Antonio Northeast

I had a good stay overall. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Hari, who was very nice and helpful throughout my stay and that’s the main reason I’m giving 5 stars. However, I would like to suggest that hotel management focus more on room maintenance. There were roaches on the first floor, and the rooms could be better maintained. The breakfast can also be improved. With better maintenance and improvements to the rooms and breakfast, this hotel could be even better. But again, special thanks to the front desk team for their excellent service.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I was disappointed that when I asked for extra towels, to front this person told me I did. I had to exchange my old ones to get new ones. Just made me feel like I was in the hood. Because usually that's not a problem in other hotels that I've been in. However, I do know that it is quality inn and maybe At the lower end hotels, that's what they do. And also it was kind of strange that the TV was located in the seating area instead of the bedroom of the room. That was strange so you had to get up and go to the sofa area when you want to watch TV instead of watching TV from your bed.

Positive: Front desk staff Negative: Almost everything. Mildew/ smoking room, old furniture, nasty old carpet, mildew bath tub, dusty lights, and smoke detector/missing one. I had use cologne by my nose to be able to sleep.

I want to give a better rating for the rooms, the truth is there was room for improvement. You could tell the corners of the rooms were dirty and there were stains all over the furniture. Probably nothing that could be fixed by housekeeping regarding furniture. But mystery stains on walls and debris in drawers, and dirt on curtains. Bedding was clean and pillows and towels were nice, but other than that, the place seemed ill kept. I’m grateful though. It was exactly what I needed and the windows opening up to the outside air was nice on cold nights. It’s one of those things where I didn’t mind so much but if I had a partner with me or was hosting parents or guests I would’ve been embarrassed a little. All in all enjoyed my stay and thank god there were no signs of bedbugs or cockroaches at

This location was nice, it was close to our job & during our difficult time with a passing of a loved one, mypartner & I just wanted to get away from everything & turn off our phones just, so we can sleep well. Hari was the one who checked us in, she was very sweet& nice she put us in a great room. I want to thank Hari for being so wonderful to us during our stay. Definitely coming back!!!
