Quality Suites Nashville Airport

Checking in was fast and easy. The staff had excellent customer service. When I opened up my room I was so happy. It was nice and clean. The on sight bar and restaurant was perfect for my husband's 66th birthday. I already have booked my next visit in a week. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

1. location is perfect for my needs 2. the staff is SOOO FRIENDLY! So many smiles. I've been staying at this location so often, I'm recognized by the staff! I love that!! 3. affordable pricing 4. if something's not right, the staff is happy to find a solution to fix the problem, quickly. 5. the restaurant in the hotel is affordable, FRIENDLY and __truly delicious!__ It's a wonderful amenity to have at the hotel for travelers without a car. 6. breakfast is plentiful and filling.

I was shocked how dirty and run down the room was. The arrival staff also was not very helpful. When I check in, the front desk staff was outside smoking (I arrived around 11pm). They came back inside when I got out of my vehicle. They were pleasant during the check in process. I went to my room, dropped off my things and went back to the front desk to request 2 extra pillows. The staff member said “there are extra pillows in the closest in your room.” I told him there were no pillows, just 1 blanket. He told me they were short on pillows, so I might need to use the blanket as a pillow. I was shocked. I went back to my room and he knocked on the door and told me he had 2 take 1 from another room, but he could only get me 1 extra pillow. I have NEVER heard of such ridiculousness. The room w

I am currently staying at Quality Suites by Choice hotel. This is nothing short of AMAZING!!! I was graciously greeted by the host, Keerthi. I have no clue, how this is not officially considered 5 stars. It is super clean, and relatively affordable. I will take pictures of my room and the lobby to show. My room is beautiful. All they had available was 2 queen beds, that are sweet and soft. I got some of, the very best sleep, of my life, last night. There is a living room area, with a pull out couch. All this for $85 😊☺️🤗. I do have to be thorough, and post some sad swags. The ice machine is adhorant. Needs to be serviced. Really, they should just purchase a quality one, that stands alone. Them table top ones kinda suck, because they do not hold a lot of ice. I like to use my 5 gallon buck

Just needed a place close to airport. Beds are comfortable, but old odor. Showers had NO hot or warm water. Definitely, would not recommend for airline/ flight crew... shuttles START at 6am...lol. I had to uber AND couldnt even take part in the complimentary breakfast.
