American Inn & Suites West Memphis I-40/I-55

Only good thing about this hotel is the location, don’t expect to come back to the room and have a made bed or a clean room I have to go tell them in the front to clean the room or for more toilet paper because it could take 3 or 4 days for the room to get cleaned. Also I reported the bed is not in good conditions and they said they would change it.. it’s been 6 days and nothing. I travel for work and it’s a hassle having to change hotels once you are settled and your job has started if not I would have moved. Do not recommend.

The room was clean,and above all quiet inspite of it being next to the highway. Rick went out of his way to address an issue with great results.Nice,friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here during our road trip across the country. It is located off the freeway but far enough away so that noise was not an issue. The rooms looked great in the pictures and the rooms did seem nice as we first entered, however as soon as we sat on the bed, we became disappointed. The mattresses reminded me of the type you find at a camp and I felt and heard every spring while trying to find a comfortable position. For the price, I would recommend, but for comfort and amenities, would have preferred to stay elsewhere.

Trip advisor app booked my stay 2 weeks in the future… I realized it at the counter when they told me there was no rooms left.. guy at the counter was so busy being rude he could not understand that I was agreeing it was not his fault…

$92 after tax for a 2 queen room. No water fountain available, only an ice machine and water bottles for sale. There were only 2 shower towels in a 4 people room (tiny and flimsy towels), I went back to the reception to pick up more towels and the sign said "closed at 9pm". Vent in the shower had a big crust of dust. The good thing is the location, close to the highway.
