Quality Inn Vineland

So I stayed at this hotel three times, on the last stay I asked a simple question about guest being added and removed for access to the room, the front desk clerk was very rude and ignorant almost acting like I should know all the small details. We exchanged someone words mainly about professionalism and the appropriate way to address a customer. When I checked out like I normally, I noticed that my deposit wasn’t returned. When I called 9 days later I was told that a blanket had been damaged with blood as well as a pillow with blood and a wash cloth with blood. The only thing I can think of is a menstrual which wasn’t my issue and there were no other females in the room. Also I never lay under the blankets in any hotels that’s my own preference and I always take toiletries as well as wash

The Hotel was clean, however they are rude with children not allowing people to seat in the lobby and not allowing children to prepare their own waffles even with parents support. Also breakfast is extremely poor and there are only 2 tables. Towels need to be change they are very old

Positive: ROOM Negative: The front desk staff is very nasty, rude and definitely a disgrace to this hotel. Her nasty mouth makes this hotel not the best. It's unfortunate she lacks what it takes to run such a business. Not friendly or polite. Avoid. Bad lady!!

This is an older hotel. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and had all of the usual amenities. Very thankful for the in room coffee. It seems a lot of Choice hotels do not provide this. There was a slight plumbing issue, but this was resolved quickly and easily. I would definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my stay. There has been great and creative thought put into the decor of the hotel, both inside and outside, and it definitely honors the traveler. There are little extras added all over that just make your stay more comfortable, such as half and half available for your breakfast coffee etc. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help make your stay more comfortable. I stay in Choice hotels all over the country, and really especially enjoyed this stay, and will be back again.
