I have belonged to this gym since about 1995. They are always striving to improve and bring in the most up-to-date workout equipment. They take every precaution and stringency and keeping a very hygienic environment. The restrooms were also very hygienic. The staff is helpful. I have visited other gyms and would not consider changing. In the times that we are worried about our health concerns and cleanliness it is my belief that the center it's not only well managed but is that the top of their class when it comes to health and hygiene as well as modern workout equipment. They also have coaching available as well as massage and classes.

Started the Physical Prep Program and am very pleased so far, the Staff is very nice, the program seems very simple but very helpful because you have the ability to work every part of your body, the Trainer is very nice and patience and the other people working out were very nice as well

Catscan tech was great. They helped me get my images to the doctor after I forgot to pick up the cd. Thanks!

Great gym... they have physical therapy and they did a great job after my shoulder surgery
