Days Inn by Wyndham Vineland

This hotel is a great one on a budget. The Staff is friendly, and helpful! I'm a double amputee currently confined to a wheelchair. The staff all looks out for me, will run to hold doors open. Right next to the 24 hour Dennys, so you can roll over there for a late night snack, or any meal. Spacious rooms, clean, and good amenities.

I actually gave it 5 🌟 but I had to come back ans edit my review and give it 3 starts. Place was clean, easy communication. Everything went smoothly until our time to breakfast THAT IT WAS INCLUDED in our booking. Well, THERE IS NO BREAKFAST SERVICE but a glass bowl with apples, and coffee. I was expecting the breakfast since it was in our booking, and we're having a long drive back home, with a small child. Just know that YOUR BREAKFAST WILL BE AN APPLE AND COFFEE.

We stayed here for two nights. When we woke up the second morning we found multiple cockroaches in our room - the shower, bathroom sink, and near the desk area. We told the front desk, who had us speak with the manager. The manager refused to provide any sort of compensation until their pest management company investigated. He then claimed they found no evidence of roaches despite our photos and video and offered a small amount of rewards points as the only compensation. We stayed during a busy weekend due to a nearby motorcycle race when prices were high ($280/night). If I was paying $60, maybe I’d understand, but this is disgusting to have accommodations like this at that price.

Roach motel with 4 star prices! Stayed 2 nights here unfortunately. Should have canceled my reservation when I pulled up. Reception area was filthy and service was slow on check in. Rooms allegedly renovated, they slapped laminate flooring over a decrepit floor causing lots of soft spots in the floor. On our second day we had multiple roaches pop out to say hi to us. Videos and pics below. After spending close to $500 for the two nights we brought this to the attention of the receptionist who said we would need to speak to the manager. After dodging the phone calls he finally agreed to check the room and offered us 3000 days in points but stated in email that no signs of roaches haha explain these pictures and videos. Stay anywhere else but here, horrible service, horrible rooms and horrib

Positive: We needed a room and it was available. Negative: They took a 100 deposit ( not a hold they withdrew from my account, I havnt gotten it back yet) it was a smoking room but I didn?t expect dingy and burn holes in sheets and ice bucket tray. It did not look clean at all but at least no bugs.
