Thinking of moving and went to visit the park. Met with Crystal and she showed us 3 trailers that were on sale. The park is very clean with a community swimming pool and play ground. Most of the trailers www on concrete beds and all had driveway to park you car.

Beautiful place and nice homes in there

Before you decide to move to Berrymans I would ask them why they took down their American Flags? And if I were you I would take a ride to the park to see how they plow the roads here. They plow the snow so you can't get in or out of your driveway. In the past they removed the snow out of the park. They block you in and it's not safe for emergencies and you can't get out to go to work. Now they charge more here do less offer less Lot rent goes up every year. Way to much money for what you get from them. Lot rent is almost $900.00 a month. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one!

Nice quiet place for living!

Please avoid this place if you have more than two pets. They only allow that many. It seems they don’t have a tolerance for more than two. My wife and I were turned away because of that policy. It still remains that Senior Citizens have more than two pets. Older dogs that are trained and are well behaved should be considered.
