Me and the misses have stayed here several times over the last 3 years and its always been convenient and affordable. Only 1 issue stand out because of a 3rd party booking. But the manager, Will, worked with me and I am incredibly grateful for his professionalism and service! 4/5 on location because the turn off highway 99 kinda sucks. Doesn't effect anything else though!

We arrived 30 min early. Room was cleaned just made us sit in the car and wait. Reason#2: Asked the cleaner to not clean or enter our room. She said okay. Went in anyways and made the bed but didnt leave coffee? Odd and disrespectful to go in anyways. #3 This is the second time we tried to eat breakfast there. Eggs are very runny!!! Gross!! The biscuits and gravy were not edible. We eat at other hotels all the time no issue. Two times here is enough. I feel it was not good customer service when the room was clean to make us sit in the car and wait 30 min. Three friends were checked in already and we're aware that the room was cleaned already Poor customer service. All three of us stayed at this hotel last year but will not be returning. Its too bad. Good location and decent rooms

This place was good especially since I had my dog w/me. The room, 256, was quiet and that's what I asked for. Two things tho: 1) why is there a huge empty space in this room??? Looks like there used to be a couch and chair there maybe? Why isn't there one there now? Just very odd having this huge empty area. 2) When I arrived no one was at front desk. I arrived around 5:15 on Sunday 12/14. I waited and waited and waited for someone. If I came at dinner time, I understand that, but why not put a sign on the front desk saying "be right back". I called the front desk 3 times; no answer. So after a long day of traveling, and really wanting to get to my room, I had to wait approx. 20+ minutes for front desk person to return. And when he did return, he didn't apologize at all

Our room smelled awwwwful. Like raw fish and fried food. There was a full kitchen in our space, but nothing to mitigate the smell of cooking that is embedded in the curtains. They need to be steamed or replaced. The smell permeated our belongings and we are airing out our suitcases and had to wash even the clothes we didn’t wear. We even purchased a wax warmer device to try and overpower it. I asked the front desk for help or baking soda or something when I asked for service the first morning, but didn’t see anything or notice any difference. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was nothing special. The pool was closed and the hot tub was very cold.
