Our room had a turd under the table next to a dead stink bug. Paint chips on the chairs from the window seals. The Jets in the jetted tub didn’t work. Bottom of the seat cushions on the chairs had multiple stains on them that look like they had not been scrubbed. I went to the front desk to ask for sheets to cover the chairs and the front desk. Lady told me that they don’t provide sheets for that purpose. There was food remnants in the freezer. The bathroom fan did not work. There was toilet paper on the bathroom door on the toilet and a lot of toilet paper stuffed into the crevice of the safe. I will say positive is the linen with clean and great blackout curtains. I stayed here for three days last week due to unexpected car trouble. You would think a business would appreciate extended stays, especially when a guest is paying properly and on time. Today I was told I could no longer stay because of “payment issues.” There were absolutely no payment issues. I paid by card and have receipts to prove it. Being told otherwise was both confusing and frustrating. On top of that, the cleanliness was unacceptable. There was a dirty washcloth left in the shower and a used bar of soap still sitting there from the previous guest. That alone tells you how little attention is given to cleaning between stays. The rooms are not clean, and the attitude from staff was even worse. I would not recommend staying here.

Location is good- right outside of main strip of Pigeon Forge. You could tell the key pad/ doors have been broken into/or forced open before because it barely works and the door handle was flimsy. The key card barely worked. We really enjoyed the hot tub/pool area most of all. Breakfast area was always too crowded so we didn’t bother. The rooms on cleanliness were okay but not excellent. My number one reason for giving 2 stars is the housekeeping. They are so obnoxious! Will not leave you alone. Will keep coming to the door knocking every hour even if you have your do not disturb on. Your last day they are even worse- even if checkout was 10/11 they’re knocking on the door EVERY HOUR beginning at 7. We stayed here because it was cheap and you get what you pay for.

The hotel was mediocre but adequate if one gets a good rate. The main drawbacks were the internet required membership and then only worked intermittently and the TVs and remotes did not allow the user to view a guide or do standard commands that most devices allow. Those two things alone would make me not stay at the motel again. The room was fine, if dingy and dirty, and the breakfast was okay but not the best. The only truly good point was the pool and hot tub, which is the main reason why I stayed, so at least those worked!

Room was shabby and dark. Stained sofa .overwhelming plug in air freshener, made it impossible to stay in the room. Had to remove it and leave the door open. Overpriced!!! I should have researched more. One of my worst hotel choices ever!
