Quality Inn & Suites Raleigh North

I just walked in the door and they already get FIVE STARS from me. I already knew the location was satisfactory, from previous trips to the Capitol, but hadn't stayed here yet. The employee at the counter was so polite and accommodating, and the manager was working with a smile, as well. The hotel is fresh and clean and my room is clean, updated and perfect for my two night stay. The room has everything I need, TV, desk, armoire to hang clothes, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, coffee, alarm clock, plenty of clean towels, a microwave AND a mini fridge. Plus, I just sat on the bed and I'm happy with that, too. Seriously a FANTASTIC room at a FANTASTIC rate. I'm impressed.

I love the hotel the staff is very nice and the location is great. The rooms are clean .. the hotel is very quiet and pleasant and the breakfast is good. Would love to have more choices for breakfast but otherwise it’s very nice. We come here quite often

Run run run! Roach nasty motel. I got there late and wondered why there were no lamps. I saw a cigarette burn on comforter. When I woke up and opened the curtains-chair unbelievably super nasty. Scratches on the walls and when I’ve moved my bag near the coffee pot there was a roach. I grabbed my things and left in a hurry, and I should have complained and got a refund back. After getting home, I left everything from my trip in the car and plan on leaving it in there for a week for the sun to kill anything that may have got in my bags. See attached pictures. I demand a refund and pain and suffering! I looked at the reviews on the website that I booked from and they were good reviews, which is why I booked, but I am done with that website

For the night it was $100. The hotel is suppose to be a non smoking hotel and yet you can smell the weed at the front entrance and our first room smelled like weed. Our 2nd room was alright. However, the microwave did not work and the mini fridge did not get cold much. The guy in front desk was on the phone the entire time. From the moment I checked in to the room change and to complain of the non working microwave.. would not go again.

Pretty solid accommodations. Some of the public areas are little worn. Biggest negative was that I was not notified of a $50 deposit above and beyond the cost of the room. I left the room in perfect shape. I'll be watching for my refund.
