Quality Inn & Suites North Little Rock

Staff was friendly; Only good thing I have to say. Computers were down and had to wait 30 minutes to check in. Room was not clean, dirty fridge with food left, stains on linen. Hair on the towels. Notified front desk and was put in a different room. Second room fridge was also dirty. I was to tired to care. Continental breakfast and coffee was not good either. :(

Unwilling to accommodate a patron w/ adjusting date reservations although I was willing to pay the difference. Rather they would send the date approval to the app and not update the date request on their end forcing me to cancel. The clerk said that I could pay for another night or come back then.

Rooms were disgusting! I booked two rooms for two nights and BOTH ROOM were dirty prior to us arriving! One room had hair and old toilet paper still in room and restroom. Second room restroom was super dirty smelled like sweat and shower curtain was black from the bottom. I had to sleep over covers so I let front office know after our first night and hoped room service would take care of it but it wasn’t done. I had to complain to front office again to clean room but they said cleaning crew was gone already all they would do is give me covers I asked them to re do it but they said they couldn’t so I had to move rooms but they moved me from a two bed to a one bed. My family did not fit but we made it work because we had no other option. This is unacceptable cleaning crew is getting paid wit

Rooms are not clean. I had red strains of hair on every wall in the bathroom including inside the tub. A black pair of panties was behind the bed as I went to grab my phone from behind there when I dropped it. Only two plug ins worked in my room. And only 2 lamps didn’t even have a light bulb in it they try to get over on the prices even if your already booked

Only 1 soap to share for shower and sink. Hair in tub. Floor not clean.in room or bathroom. Each bed only gets 3 pillows. Food was good. Clean dining room. Bed sleep well
