Quality Inn & Suites

I chose this hotel mainly because it advertised breakfast included, but unfortunately, there was no breakfast provided on either of the two mornings I stayed. That was disappointing. Also, the guests in the room next to mine were pretty noisy—watching TV and talking loudly around 10 or 11 PM, even though they had the whole day for that. Other than that, the place is decent. I’d consider staying here again, but only if the breakfast is actually included as promised. The location is good and easy to access.

Worst hotel experience in life the customer service man child had me waiting for 15 minutes to check in once I knocked on the door he finally comes from the back cussing and screaming at me for knocking while he was using the bathroom which I had no idea he was doing by the way! And mind you I’m a 5’2 female there was definitely no need for that kind of language or attitude plus The rooms are gross smells like smoke and devils lettuce on every floor the carpet is disgusting and covered in stains in the room your definitely gonna need house shoes thankfully they didn’t have any bed bugs in my room atleast ice machine don’t work breakfast was non existent and long story short this hotel didn’t match the energy the front by child was giving off 1.3 out of 10 would Not recommend!!!!

Staying here was a mistake. We had two suites. One suite had a musty odor, and the bathroom door in the second suite would not shut (by about three inches).||Even though a free breakfast was advertised, there was none to be found. The morning desk clerk said she thought we had been notified at check-in; however, we sat in the breakfast area for a few minutes the following morning as quite a few other people came in looking for breakfast. They too had not been told.||We were not given any receipt for our payment. It was a surprise to learn the total amount charged. It was about $30 higher per suite than the daily rate we agreed to. This was our fault for not insisting.

This property is in desperate need of a remodel!! The bed was comfortable however, there appeared to be spots of black mold in the shower. Room was pretty clean otherwise. There's NO breakfast available whatsoever. This hotel is stuck in 2020 during covid times. There's a sign as soon as you walk in that says to wear a mask. There's not really anyone manning the front desk & it's just not very welcoming overall.

All the advertising indicated the hotrl served a complimentary breakfast but that was not the case. The desk clerk said that they have asked corporate to change the description online but to no avail. Clearly, the company needs to get its act together and not advertise false information. The mold and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom were also off-putting for a location that charges $100 a night.
