Quality Inn & Suites McCook

I am duly impressed with this is hotel and the business that I gave it was absolutely impeccable from the Kansas to The helpful crew the accommodations were absolutely up to Park I cannot understand why this hotel only has three stars it should have at least four the breakfast is absolutely to die for a hot protein breakfast with absolutely every corner you could desire during breakfast time also the front lounge is great for watching a little TV or checking out the internet wizard every bit of our stay even the pool 🕉️

Great service!!! Very nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was wonderful. It was the best hotel experience I have had in many years. I would highly recommend, and will stay every time I visit McCook from now on.

I stayed at this property during the storm while working as an adjuster, along with many linemen who were also here for storm response. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The towels provided were not clean, and the advertised breakfast was extremely lacking. Although the sign highlighted breakfast as a main feature, it was not available until 10 a.m. and consisted only of waffles and bread. Throughout the week there were no juices, no milk for cereal, and no staff actively managing the breakfast area. Additionally, I observed unprofessional behavior at the front desk. Staff were casually dressed in shorts, slippers, and untidy shirts without uniforms, and at one point were arguing with linemen about coffee in front of guests. Overall, the service and amenities did not meet

Check in was fine. the room not so much... Deadbolt on the door is broken and would not latch. Sink drain plug would not open so the water would not drain. Had to climb under the counter and push the lever up to get it to open just so I could brush my teeth. Window was boarded up with OSB plywood and a musty smell coming from the air conditioner. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean so there is that. Breakfast was an absolute disaster! morning #1 - arrived at 0702, breakfast is from 0600 - 0900, and no coffee, no juice, no milk, no biscuits (but plenty of crockpot gravy!) about a 1/4 pan of eggs left, 3 sausage patties, 4 sausage links, empty pan of potatoes, and no bread or bagels. Employee running breakfast and front desk looked like he just woke up wearing baggy T-shirt, giant

The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was fine. My only complaint was that the housekeeping put a “sanitizers for you” wrapper on the toilet, but the toilet had urine, hair and fecal matter on the rim and seat. If they were skipping cleaning that it made me wonder what else they didn’t clean. Were my bedsheets changed? The pillow cases did have a strange smell. I probably wouldn’t stay here again especially at that price I expect more.
