Quality Inn & Suites I-35 Near Frost Bank Center

Location is difficult in and out especially going out to dinner and returning. Our room had no towels when we checked in. Called the front desk and was brought 2 smallish towels. After discussing this with the lady that brought the towels, she reluctantly brought 2 more. The hall to the room had a moth ball smell. The air in the room when we checked in was stale. The air conditioner did work to resolve the stale feeling in the room. It was a bed for a night. I would not recommend this property.

You had a horrible check-in. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the girl to come front then we got to the room and we found out the TV didn't work. We waited two hours for the maintenance man to come and stand in our room for another hour and a half changing the TV putting cardboard underneath the TV to stand it still didn't work. I feel we spent money to sleep. We could enjoy the TV. We couldn't enjoy the breakfast because there was no coffee in the coffee pot it came out all watery on all of them.

This place is a dump. We had 2 roaches in our room.|There were not enough towels and this place didn't even have an elevator. There was a panel in the wall that would not close and probably is where the roaches came from. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were cold. There was no salt and the hand sanitizer by the dining room was empty. The only good thing was the pool was very clean but the hot tub didn't work.

We were in town last weekend for a concert at the Frost budget Center and simply needed a reputable somewhere to stay that wouldn't break the budget. Checking in was a breeze, even though we arrived late. The accommodation was pleasantly huge and, most importantly, clean. It's a basic, no-frills location that's conveniently close to the arena.

I was looking for a place to stay near the base so I can travel back and forth with out driving a lot. This hotel was listed under 3 star hotel. Pricing was decent and I thought that it's a good place. I was so wrong on day two of my stay as I was heating my coffee a found a dead cockroach floating in the cup. I was shocked to see that and peaked inside to see baby cockroaches running around inside the microwave! I decided never to touch the microwave open. And as I was checking out next day I didn't approach the front desk to change rooms. I was wrong, I work up at 4 am and toy surprise found them again in the sink and bathroom. I am so glad I checked out, now I have a big talk of sanitizing my bags and everything in it. Beware of this place. Never tried the breakfast, cannot trust the k
