Quality Inn & Suites I-10 near Fiesta Texas

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. Easy access from I-10 and only minutes away from Fiesta Texas. Breakfast was good and the staff was welcoming. Great value for the price. Highly recommended!!!

The only good thing about this hotel is the surrounding shops and restaurants that you easily have access to. I arrive for check-in on Saturday at 6:30 PM. The door to the lobby was already locked and a woman came from the back office and lifted the window, just enough for me to pass money through and to check my ID. After verifying my reservation, she then insisted that I do a cash deposit instead of just putting a card on file so that I could get it back immediately even after I expressed that wasn’t a concern. Please be advised that this is an outdoor hotel and there are no elevators. After paying the deposit I was assigned an upstairs room, and I requested a downstairs room due to me having a small child with me on my booking. I was told by the clerk that there were no downstairs rooms

The person who checked me in was very sweet and it was nice that she was considerate enough to give me a downstairs room because my knees are not what they used to be since I am 62 years old. The breakfast was good .I would have liked a little meat but it was really good. The room was reasonably clean except for the sheets on the bed were very stained and the couch in the room was stained and almost ready to break down it looked like. The bathtub has black hair in it and I have red hair so it wasn't mine so I decided not to take a bath in it. And a coffee machine was in the room but I think it was broken because when I used it coffee spilled everywhere from the bottom of it and I had to grab a towel and clean it up quickly. The staff here really made our stay enjoyable. Everyone was polite, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. The room was clean and the hotel felt safe and quiet.
