Quality Inn & Suites East Point - Atlanta Area

I was grateful for my stay here as I manage to get a room late after my flight was cancelled. Jay was very kind and helpful during my stay. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

DO NOT STAY! Nothing about this place will leave you pleased with your experience, except checking out. Not very clean rooms at all, you may find "bits" of somethings in the sheets like I did. I ended up afraid to bring anything into room that I was going to bring back to my home, and just using room to shower, sleeping in the work truck. Showers do not get hot, just warm. The floor is not clean, and sticky. I used all the towels to lay on the floor as the noise it made walking on it. The location isn't great and you'll know when you get a block away. Just stay away. You won't get any money back when you complain, you just won't.

After a long day of frustrating travel, the front desk got us rooms and a good night sleep. Super helpful and exactly what we needed!

New furnishing. Really good customer service. Internet which I needed for work was good. Only issue I had was that this is a motel style location with room doors facing outside. Other than that place was great.

Jay was very helpful, clean rooms and last minute accommodations after red eye flight cancelled.
