Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport-North

Hello, we stayed there for 2 nights for a weekend getaway. Super close to the airport and very convenient. As for the staff the receptionist was extremely nice I hope I’m not butchering her name. (Jamay) I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong. She had crutches on but she was so happy and had a great personality. The lady who’s responsible for the breakfast was super nice too. They had variety of breakfast options. Room was super nice on the 4’th floor. The bathrooms sink was outside the bathroom which was weird lol but other than that everything is great

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s not to rely too heavily on hotel reviews until you actually experience the hotel yourself. I was hesitant to book this Hyatt Place because I saw a lot of negative reviews, but I decided to try it anyway—and I’m glad I did. I wasn’t disappointed at all. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had a sitting area, a small kitchenette, a closet, and a bathroom. The only thing I wish the room had was a bathtub, because I sometimes like to soak, but that’s just a personal preference. Overall, Hyatt Place was a great value for the money. The Hyatt was known as a high end hotel. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt and this was completely disappointing. I was told that there would be a stove end up only having a microwave. There was a sink I asked for soap And a sponge, the front desk looked at me like I was crazy saying for what I brought my own Tupperware anticipating that I could meal prep For my two weeks of my stay. And ended up having to buy an air fryer in order to stay on my lifestyle diet, which was the inconvenience. Also the breakfast to be honest was very blend I would skip it and only take fruit if it was offered every day was different so knowing that there was free breakfast there wasn’t really food for me to enjoy. Positive: Every person who worked at this hotel was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. I appreciate the water and apples in the lobby too. Negative: I liked the room amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), but it could have included lotion.

I booked 3 rooms for my family coming from our of town. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. I have a few things that I think needing adjustments. The one is they need to use a different cleaning product besides bleach to clean with. We walked in the room and that's all we could smell. I have my own cleaning company and wouldn't dare use bleach for a commercial space. There are alot of people allergic to bleach. My coworker is one and he can't even smell it without him breaking out. The second this is the bar. The guest service does double duty. She has to be the bartender as well. Y'all are losing alot of money. When people don't see anyone at the bar they assume it's closed. I have never stayed at a hotel th
