Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Atlanta Airport North, GA

I arrived early and Michael the driver was very welcoming during my pick up at the airport. Once I arrived Ronnie at the front desk made I got in my room right away. The best! That evening I went out to dinner came back to Angie who was absolutely amazing she made sure I had cookies for dessert. Shes the sweetest. The next morning Tashacka made sure everything in my room was pleasant. Definitely an amazing team and superb Customer Service!

I had a flight the next morning out of ATL and this hotel was perfect! The price was really amazing at $77 since I prepaid on Choice Hotels.com. Check in was fast and friendly! The room was so clean and fresh! Bed and pillows were comfy and the TV worked great with lots of channels! Even the fridge and microwave helped me keep my leftovers fresh! I loved the location of this hotel also! There is a Kangaroo gas station just across the way that has good food and beer and decent fuel prices for your car! Arbys and McDonalds, etc is closeby! I didn't try the free breakfast since I already had pizza leftover from the night before but I'm sure it was good if you got down there in time!|I want to thank the airport shuttle driver, older African American gentleman for being so kind and friendly! It would be nice if the sofas had washable sheets on them. The sofa looked nasty and I did not want to sit there. Paid for a suite that I couldn't really use. The TVs didn't work because the receiver was updating all the time or something. The pool water doesn't look clean. The gym was nice but it's not a good idea to have it behind the swimming area. People go there wet straight from the pool and the chairs and floors are wet. Everything else was clean with friendly staff over all. Lady in the breakfast area seems stressed all the time, I didn't even dare ask something... Important: Please NEVER announce anyone's room number out loud! EVER! you never know who's listening! It might put the guest in danger. This is why I rated safety low.

We had a very disappointing stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Atlanta Airport North. The room itself was spacious, and the indoor pool was a great plus, especially for kids. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Housekeeping was extremely inconsistent. Every single night I had to go to the front desk to request basic necessities like towels and toilet paper, as they were not replenished properly in the room. The most upsetting part of our stay was an altercation in the breakfast area that happened right in front of my children. A hotel employee and a guest got into a heated argument, and the employee was extremely disrespectful, using profanity and acting aggressively, even wanting to fight. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially in a family enviro

Very Disappointing Experience The housekeeping service was unacceptable. In bedroom 125, paper towels and clean towels were never provided, and the bathroom was never properly cleaned. This is basic housekeeping and should not be overlooked. The service in the lunchroom was just as bad. The staff member working there hid food and complained about how people eat, which made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor attitude from staff made this a very negative experience. I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made.
