Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Airport West

Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price we paid. The room was outdated, the sink drained very slowly, and the toilet would not flush properly. Throughout the night and early morning there was constant noise, which made it very difficult to sleep. Another major inconvenience was accessing nearby restaurants. Although there was a restaurant directly across the street, a fence between the properties forced us to walk all the way around two hotels just to get there. The room also did not have a microwave. We had to go down to the lobby to heat frozen dinners, and even that was frustrating because the microwave kept stopping due to the extension cord losing power. Overall, it was a very poor experience. We will definitely not be staying here again and would choose the

If hell was a Hotel and Black Thursday was a real day. Hotel has a new water heater..lukewarm water after running the water for 10 minutes before showering. It's 40 degrees outside but the air won't turn off in the hallways. It's colder inside then outside. Room was decent. Good bed, clean. Great staff friendly, and very apologetic. Probably not the Hotel to stay at this soon after a water main break. They should of notified us before hand. Had this reservation for months. Happy Thanksgiving! Edit: Bugs running under the bed coming from the wall. Hotel did nothing.

The hotel is located very close to the airport and has very nice restaurants around it. The window in my room didn't close so there were bugs in the room plus a lot of noise from the outside. There was no complementary coffee in the breakfast area, only paid espresso.

This hotel quite literally met the need: it’s only about 5 minutes from offsite airport parking, which made travel logistics a breeze. Beyond that, it leaves a bit to be desired. The room had a musty feel, with baking soda tucked into corners to combat a clear moisture issue. The air conditioner rattled all night, but to its credit, it did keep the room cold. Overall, it’s not a place I’d choose for comfort or a longer stay, but if proximity to the airport is your top priority, it does the job

Positive: Nothing Negative: Staff extremely rude and disrespectful. Rooms nasty and dirty. Pillowcases sheets and walls were dirty. The room smelled like smoke. No mopped floors. Furniture outdated and dirty. People walking round all day and night. I hated this stay!
