Quality Inn & Suites Decatur - Atlanta East

Hotel was very nice and clean and updated. Staff was mediocre and seemed non chalant. I really enjoyed the fact they have heated pool. The hotel room was very nice, comfortable and felt very homey I like I was not really at a hotel but like a condo or something like that with the expection of the size of the room. Bathroom was nice and clean, water was very hot to my liking and I had a jetted tub in my room. I enjoyed the breakfast that morning and they seem to have a good selection of what they offer as well. Only draw back is it seemed far from the city.

There were things that needed to be clearer on the website. Specify continental breakfast instead of free breakfast. The first room I was given had a smell out of this world that even air freshener didn't help so I had to get another room.

Positive: "" Negative: When l first got in the room therewas candy papernext tothe night stand. They only cleaned my room once and lwas there Monday and checked out Friday a.m.They say they clean the rooms every two days.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and i-20 everything you need nearby. There are plenty of restaurants around, offering a wide variety of food options, which made dining very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained and staff was very help. Overall, a great choice for both short and long stays.

The front desk customer service person Jeff is very friendly and easy to talk with and assist with anything you may need. I am happy I found this hotel in my time of need. Affordable and convenient 🙏🏾
