Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta-Emory University Area by IHG

We had an excellent experience here! This has been one of the best Holiday Inn express that we have ever stayed at. The employees were so helpful and courteous. The breakfast selection was plentiful and so fresh. Both of the ladies running the meal were on top of keeping everything stocked and clean! They had oikos Greek yogurt which was a huge plus for us! The room was very clean and the pillows were great and the bed was comfortable. We utilized for the pullout couch and the mattress on the pullout couch was clean and fresh appearing which is not always the case when we stay in hotels with their pullouts. Our five-year-old daughter loved the indoor pool, which was clean and well maintained. We most certainly would stay at this location again when in the area! Thank you for a great stay!

Yuni is the goat! Best service ever! We checked in for a procedure at Emory. Every time we saw her she asked about my father, enthusiastically greeted our son and asked if enjoyed the pool and just genuinely made our stay here enjoyable. Only suggestion would be to get a new key card system because we had to replace our keys daily during our stay. The other guests and even cleaners seemed to experience the same issues!

Yuni was absolutely amazing! A+ rating. If there were 10 stars we would give her 11. The hospitality from the minute we checked in with her was welcoming ,professional, and caring. The pool at this location is small but perfect for the winter swims. It was very warm and clean. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff really cared about the guests. The free Costa coffee,tea and hot chocolate was an added surprise.

Positive: Close to Emory.. Negative: The sofa had major stains on it and so much smell of weed all around. Wifi not secure. This made unable to prepare for my meeting. No password was required. There were not enough handicapped parking but they out EV charging right near the door.

I've stayed here several times while my son is doing a local event. We love staying here. It is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. My son woke up this morning talking about how good he slept. The breakfast is consistently great with a good variety. Have not had any issues here.
