Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Decatur/Emory

Positive: The location Negative: The comforter on my bed had crusted blood on it. I reported it to the housekeeping staff and requested a new comforter. The dirty comforter was removed but a new one was not replaced.

I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member. As such I enjoy staying at different properties across Hilton's portfolio. On a visit to the Atlanta area, I chose this location for its proximity to a MARTA rail station as well as being diagonally across the street from Teriyaki Madness.||As I always do, I did online check-in and room selection via the Hilton app the day before arrival.||Staff at the front desk was cordial and professional. The hotel was bright and welcoming in public areas, and my chosen room was spacious and inviting. No issues with TV, WiFi, nor climate control. I got good night of sleep. Bathroom had plenty of space for my toiletries, and there were no problems with hot water.||Street was fairly quiet, but my suite being in the rear (facing parking garage) might hav

This hotel is on the outskirts of Emory university in Decatur. The rooms are standard. On our first day, the beds were very squeaky, and every time you moved or rolled over, it made a loud noise. Also in every room we've stayed in the nightstand is tilted forward, so things slide off of it. The rooms have a desk, a chair and a refrigerator and coffee maker. There's definitely room for 3-4 adults. The desk staff can be friendly or abrupt.Just depending on who's at the desk. There was a young man who didn't really seem to want to work.But there were also two women who were very helpful and friendly. There's a complimentary breakfast which is pretty standard for Hampton Inn. I was not impressed with the cheese omelets or the sausage, but it changes daily and there can be different bacon or

From beginning to end the stay was well above average. The room was very clean and updated. The front desk staff excellent. The kitchen servers could not be any more attentive. Parking is convenient. Elevators prompt. Lobby bright and welcoming.

This is my 2nd time staying here and the staff have always been friendly. The hotel is overall clean. However, this is my 1st time using the laundry facilities. It was only after finishing the wash do I notice the nasty condition the washer was in. I showed a photo to staff, they took note, but never offered any help or refund. I have to wash my clothes again somewhere else today. Spending more money than I needed to. Also, the towel holder in my bathroom is falling out of the wall.
