Quality Inn & Suites Coliseum

The rooms are decent and comfortable. Any issues I had were immediately corrected by management when I brought them up. One issue I had was that one of my towels had a stain on it when I first entered my room. Christi corrected the issue when I mentioned it. Christi is a wonderful staff member and made sure my stay was comfortable.

Stayed in room 204. The bed had tiny black hair all over it. The bathroom was filthy. The toilet had some type of black dirt on the seat. The shower was moldy and rusty. The carpets and curtains had stains all over them. The side of the bed looked like it was never vacuumed. All the surfaces where tv was and table were filthy. Looked like it was wiped down from previous guest. Definitely was not a quality stay.

Positive: Location Negative: The overnight clerk was rude, disrespectful and ignored calls to the window. This hotel is a 2 star not a 3 star. The room smelled like stale smoke , drawers were filled with debris, bathroom walls and walls stained.

My curtains would not close. There wasn’t a plug for the bathtub. Nobody collected trash or brought fresh towels. The breakfast area was closed when I went at 9:30 Tuesday morning. They said it closed at 10:00 am. I was there 5 days and nobody changed the bed sheets or asked if I needed them changed or if I needed anything else.

Very rude. Didn't know from one shift to the next what was going on. Make sure u let them know u want maid service, otherwise Don't expect to be able to get new towels. They didn't charge me a deposit. Until the manager came by to provide service because we hadn't gotten anything for the first 2 days. She smelled smoke which I had just been outside smoking. She said u smoking u have to go. Then comes back with the front desk clerk who informs me I have 2 choices either pay a deposit or leave we had already reserved another few days. So I called my boyfriend who was at work told him they want a deposit. So he gets his boss to drop money off to me because we already spent the money on the room and the manager said if we leave then we will loose the money for the extra days. When his boss g
