Quality Inn & Suites Chattanooga-East Ridge

We stayed for four nights. Room was comfortable and clean. Room service (housekeeping) is only every third day but that's not a problem for me. All employees were friendly and helpful. The location is great. My only small complaint would be that the breakfast needs some work. Not just in the offerings, but checking to replenish when things need to be refilled. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel lobby was in good condition, however the vending machines were out of order. The hallway to rooms is very dated. Discolored ceiling tiles, etc. The room felt sketchy. The pillows (2) were half sized. The TV did not get any reception (zero). The wifi did work, so we used our iPad to watch Netflix. My wife was fearful of bed bugs. We did not experience them but that is the general feel.

Booked here for softball tournament, almost right at the fields. Called ahead to let them know we would be very late arriving. Checked in at 1:30am and was assigned RM#312. Saw a bug on the bathroom wall. Discovered early morning toilet would not flush and continuously ran. Front desk would not answer phone so I reported it in person to front desk at 8am, on our way out to the fields and was told “we will get that fixed”. At 4pm, made a quick stop to see if toilet was fixed and upon entering room could hear it was still running and still would not flush. Again, after multiple phone calls to front desk with no answer, went down to report in person. Maintenance man came to room, stopped it from running and claimed it was fixed, although it still would not flush. He tried to tell me

Everyone at this hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It’s an older hotel but the room was very clean. We were in town for a dog event and would 100% come back here to stay again. PS Small tip: Bring a power strip for your laptop for the desk if you need to use it for work, etc
