Sam the night Auditor was exceptional at his job and very friendly! He helped us out whenever we had trouble with booking services he was very kind respectful throughout the whole process! This Man needs a raise for sure! 10/10 recommend this place to travelers and more. Good staff and good coffee too

While the staff was exceptionally helpful I feel the rooms could use some major tlc .Neither of the drains in the bathroom had stoppers,but thanks to the front desk staff they were able to proved a stopper for us. Also the closet door/mirror did not stay closed due to missing hardware.On the positive side the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast had a nice selection

We have stated at quite a few Choice hotels. This one was clean, easy access off I-81, close to restaurants, and gas stations. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was sparsely cared for. Appeared to have tenants also in some rooms.

The fitness room isn't open 24'7 like everything says. I stayed here for my family have fitness room and pool. We told them we had a dog multiple times . When we went to leave she flipped because the dog. We told them two adults two kids and a dog. The experience here was Terri and we ended paying 250 for a room.

The check-in process was great and the hotel was in a great location close to the highway. The room was very dirty. The thermostat was falling out of the wall, the fridge wasn't clean, the tub was dirty, the fan on the ac made a noise everytime it stopped. Just wasn't a great experience. I understand it is a cheaper cost hotel but not sure why it was so dirty.
