Quality Inn & Suites Carlsbad Caverns Area

Our first impression of the hotel was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. However, that’s basically it for the positives. There was no tv service for 2 days There was a snow storm the first day but the second day was nice and sunny so not sure what the problem was. We also booked this hotel based on previous reviews of the breakfast. We were so disappointed. No mix for the waffle maker, only some over salted sausage, hard bread. No fruit and just orange juice in a plastic container. It was really the worst continental breakfast I have ever had. The lady working the kitchen was visibly frustrated which made it even worse. I won’t be staying here again. There are so many other places to choose from.

We had a good time staying at the Quality Inn and the services were great.  The room was clean and the breakfast coffee was great.  We all enjoyed the time spent there.

The rooms and breakfast were very good and your staff were very nice and helpful. I was disappointed when your computer charged my credit card for the first night before we arrived. Finally the funds were released the day after we checked out. I paid with a different credit card for a three night stay.

Comfortable stay… Last Thanksgiving holiday we spent at this place for three days while visiting Guadalupe Mountains National Park and Carlsbad Caverns National Park. The room had a nice décor and was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The employees were very helpful and friendly. Additionally, it is situated close to a good number of eateries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a location that I would heartily recommend.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Just what we wanted. Very easy to check-in/check out. Your staff could not have been nicer, especially Monica who was very kind and gave us great suggestions about what to do and where to go. The free breakfast was excellent! Very good selections and well-made. Better than most hotel breakfasts we’ve had. We were surprised and delighted at the quality and care we received at Quality Inn. Thank you!
