Quality Inn South Hill I-85

Front desk employees, both evening and morning, were friendly and the breakfast was good. However, the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. The bottom of our feet were black from the dirty floor and the conditioner bottle in the tub was lotion. Also, security should have seen and heard the large group of people in the room below smoking pot and partying. The door was open so you couldn’t miss the smell or smoke coming from that room.

The floor was so dirty that we had to change our socks twice and I can understand a little dirt, but our socks were black both times. Even getting out of the shower, just walking to the bed, our feet were dirty. The sink was clogged and my boyfriend had to unclog it, which when he did, he found a fork inside it. The sheets and mattress cover would not stay on the bed. While making the bed, the mattress itself had several different stains on it. The parking lot had two cars in it that were smoking drugs which made the room smell like weed.

My bedspread had stains and the room's smelled but over all it was a good stay front desk folks were amazing and the breakfast was good 👍

The most disgusting hotel I've seen in a long time. The room smelled like smoke, the floor was sticky/sandy, the pillows were sodden lumps, the bed mattress was both lumpy and springy, and when I pulled the night table away from the wall to plug in the charger, there were masses of dead roaches, traps, and other garbage. It appears that the rooms aren't minimally cleaned, and non-smoking policy is not enforced. The desk attendant gave me a refund, luckily. Avoid!

It was okay. The room was dirty. The floors had not been swept properly and then I found cockroaches in the room. The desk lady that works in the evenings is pretty good. The one that works the early morning shift watches. Everyone like their thieves at breakfast. I will not be returning to this hotel because of the roaches.
