The 2 star hotel rating is a bit misleading but I'm glad we stayed here. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were extra clean. The hot breakfast was good. Our room had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds. A gym and pool are also available but we didn't use them.
This is the ten star of less expensive motels. I love everything about it. First, I was greeted by a very helpful and cheerful staff person and this morning's staff is equally delightful and working on Christmas! Awesome bed, I got the best sleep score in weeks even after traveling 19 hours. Their breakfast spread is impressive. The room was quiet and nice and really nicely redone with workspace, microwave and fridge.
I’m done looking for a bad thing to say about this hotel. This is a top tier hotel, from the location to the cleanliness and price. If you’re looking for clean quiet good parking to the nice staff (even overnight staff were friendly and seemed to wanted to be at work) breakfast was pretty good, had selections I haven’t seen before and liked (corned beef hash, sliced and packaged avocado,kiwi. They even had like a rice pilaf type dish, fried apples. Southern food and hospitality for sure. We will definitely be back. Oh and my wife said the coffee FRESH AMD HOTTT

11/10 recommend this hotel. My husband and I aren’t from the area and crashed on 85 and we ended up staying here for a month while we waited for insurance and everything to process. The staff is amazing, they welcomed us and made our whole situation better. We also had our dog with us and they welcomed him so kindly. The breakfast is amazing, it’s not just continental, they have full hot made breakfast, 24/7 coffee bar and water. The indoor pool & gym are so nice. Everything is clean, they are very on top of everything. Our room was comfortable and they were on top of making sure we had clean towels and doing house keeping. Literally one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, I am so grateful for everything they did for us. Thank you Microtel staff! <3
