Quality Inn Sidney I-80

We came to this hotel very late at night because another hotel had a booking glitch and didn't have our reservation. The people working at the front desk got us a room quick and made us feel comfortable. Breakfast was great the next morning and we were appreciative that the hotel staff was able to get us in so quick the night before since we had some tired and sleepy kiddos. We appreciated their willingness to find us a room!

Manager omesh is on top of things, he made sure I was taken care of on my 2 week work trip, room service cleaned my room up great! Great location if you’re here, especially on work purposes it’s a great location with Walmart across the street along with McDonald’s and other fast food places in walking distance! Great hotel they take care of people!

The first room we were put in had a bunch of hair in the bed and was dirty. Second one had a black and rotten bathtub (we were moved before we had to ask, they came up and remembered it was dirty and moved us). Third room was mostly clean but had dead flies on the furniture. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly but the hotel itself was deplorable.

This location provided a restful evening's rest with no frills. Things looked dated and worn, but it was generally clean and comfortable. The staff seem friendly and courteous, but they speak very little English and were not able to assist. We asked questions about the local area and getting some cards in the mail for us, but could not communicate sufficiently to help.

I was really impressed with this facility and the staff. The room was really nice, and the staff members were super helpful and friendly. Our reservation got messed up, but the gentleman handling the night desk was great about helping us get in and get settled. The morning crew followed up with us and made sure everything had gone well. I'd recommend this place to everyone.
