Quality Inn Santa Fe New Mexico

If having reliable internet is not important then this place could be rated a bit higher. Normal basic choice hotel. Having reliable internet that doesn't keep going to not configured properly website is important to me so I wish I would have gone somewhere else. Fix your internet and you can get better reviews. Will review it on choice website as well as I'm a member.

Positive: The positive experience started at the front desk with staff, who was professional and friendly. Room was just fine, bed was comfortable. We were satisfied so we stayed an extra night. Location was central to what we wanted to do. Negative: ""

the room was honestly quite nice for the price but my issue lies with the shower. The shower had a yellow stain which soured my mood since i prefer a room with a clean shower floor. if the management fixed this issue i would have given this hotel a 10/10. Also my one other suggestion is that since i’m a choice member and i’ve rented pretty much exclusively with quality inn and i don’t destroy the room i would also prefer that the deposit fee would be waved considering my membership and my loyalty. Otherwise quality inn is usually my preferred choice to stay at no matter what city or state.

The staff was courteous and professional. Our room was IMMACULATE. The beds were perfect. The large-screen TV and remote worked just as they should; none of the usual drama of figuring out confusing apps and interfaces. So nice to push a button on the remote and actually have everything work like it is supposed to -- a rarity nowadays when on the road. You're not staying at the Ritz; you're staying at a value budget motel. This one fulfills that mission as well as any I've seen. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Motel rooms were great, HOWEVER, staff and management were the worst trained in customer service. I asked a simple question about the rate, GM came out yelling at me. Didn't matter that we had to leave our apartment due to an infestation. And Goodwill is helping with us. But anytime I ask something with him around, I get yelled at. Unbelievable. In my 16 years in the hospitality business, I have never been treated so horribly. When I called Choice to complain, all they do is send it to the property. This is insane. Is this the new Hospitalty model, treating guests like trash?
