Quality Inn Raleigh Downtown

As their name implies, this is a quality inn. Everything is so well designed & the room aesthetics are perfect. It's clear that a lot of detail went into the design of this hotel, even down to having some high-quality milk available with breakfast (there's also WAFFLES!). The beds are great - good mattress quality & luxurious bedding. Even the showers are fantastic with beautiful water pressure and unending hot water. The atmosphere is relaxingly quiet & the staff is amazing :3

Hotel was decent for a nights stay. Bed was ok. I despise the chicklet sized pillows though. I mean a normal sized pillow would be nice. The room was pretty clean other than the grease stains that were all over the headboard. I hope they were only grease stains....lol. Shower water was super hot which was a plus for my wife. Check in was easy and quick.

The quality of this Quality Inn resides first and foremost in its people! All of the staff, from housekeeping to the owner himself, went so far above and beyond simply wanting us to have a nice stay; a family member and I found ourselves in urgent need of some immediate help to ensure a crucial deadline for a life-changing opportunity would not be missed, and if not for the kindness and helpfulness of the Quality Inn Raleigh Downtown we would have faced certain failure and disappointment. If you want a place where you can have your faith in humanity restored, pick this hotel!

⚠️ I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel booking.|I searched for rooms available for September 28th on Booking.com and was shown this hotel as an available option. I booked it immediately — only to realize after the confirmation that the reservation was for December, which I never intended.|I emailed the hotel right away and received no response. I called multiple times, but the phone system only helps with new reservations. For existing reservations, you are redirected to an AI assistant that gives you no help.|Booking.com also offered no live support — just automated bots and dead ends. Meanwhile, the reservation is marked as non-refundable and unchangeable.|Now I have to pay again for another hotel, even though this one was clearly shown to me with wrong or misleading date

The wallpaper in the shower was extremely dirty. The area around the toilet tissue in the bathroom was rusty. The curtains were messed up. The elevator sounded like it was going to break. The breakfast in the morning was very plain. For what the hotel charges a night, the hotel could be a lot better. The front desk rep was nice and kind. The location was decent, it was a straight shot to our destination.
