Positive: The staff Negative: As soon as you walk into the check in lobby you are hit with the smell of stale cigarettes and the whole property smells that way it is supposed to be smoke free facilities. The buildings were infested with cockroaches and the breakfast was a joke.

My husband and I stopped at this hotel after driving for 12 hours, just needing a place to rest for 5–6 hours. When we got to our room, it was dirty. The hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, and there were people passed out in the hallways, which made us feel very unsafe. Within 6 minutes of entering the room, we went back to the front desk and explained that the room was dirty and we did not feel comfortable staying. The employee refunded our deposit but refused to refund the cost of the room, telling us we would have to speak to the manager the next day. We were not given a receipt. The doors did not feel secure, the hallways were filthy, and there were drunk individuals lying inside the building. Overall, the environment felt unsafe and unsanitary. It's a budget motel for travelers that gave me exactly what I needed. I booked on Priceline and checked in around 9:30, but Kay was excellent as the PM front office representative, and my room and bed were comfy and well heated. They also promptly gave me back my deposit and had zero issues checking out. Shoutout to the AM front desk lady w the glittery pants and wonderful manner - it really brightens people's day.

The hotel is in very bad condition. You don’t need me to tell you this. It wreaked of cigarette smoke all throughout. There were people coming and going leaving their dog in the room across from us to bark all night. The door didn’t close from the outside unless you locked it again so you could turn the handle. It was bright outside at night. Luckily the curtains blocked most of it. The fan I brought helped reduce the noise. The breakfast we didn’t want to touch but it was generous. The front desk clerk answered the phone (potential customer) with “what?” As we checked in. I have to say the ice maker rocked. It was awesome. Bed was clean so that worked.

Halls are closed in making it feel cramped inside when going to the room. The sink was the only item updated while the rest of the room needs to be. No amenities like soap, shampoo, etc was stocked either. They got a snack machine and coke machine but priced way too high. Waffle House is next door and there is a Dollar General within walking distance plus Circle K is across the street from DG. Having those 2 stores close by helped out a lot. Rates are affordable too. Room was clean but had to clean tub before I could take a bath
