Quality Inn Near Interstate I94

**Quality Inn Near Interstate I94** in New Buffalo, MI (a spot right off I-94 in southwest Michigan, near Stayed here recently for a quick overnight while exploring the area. The rooms are decent—clean, comfortable beds, and everything you need for a no-frills stay (fridge, microwave, free WiFi, and the usual Quality Inn setup). It's nothing fancy, but it was perfectly fine for what we wanted. The shower ran noticeably cold during our stay, which was a bit disappointing (especially after a long drive), but the water pressure was good otherwise. Management might want to check the hot water system. What really makes this place stand out is the **location**. Super convenient right off I-94, easy on/off access, and you're in the heart of beautiful Harbor Country scenery—think rolling hills,

I chose this hotel due to the 4-star rating. It lived up to its reputation. Rebecca was extremely courteous and personable upon check-in. She offered coffee, tea or lemonade! How nice is that! I found the hotel and room clean and comfortable. The hot tub was nice, too. I’d definitely stay there again, if I’m in the area. Thank you.

Positive: The location was great and the staff was friendly Negative: Before we even checked out. I had place a do no disturb sign in the morning. While getting dressed, someone from the cleaning staff came in to the room, while my guest and I were getting ready. Apparently he stated that he thought we checked out.

They have very nice clean rooms. A very nice counterservice. Not too bad of a breakfast. The pool was not working when we went, however, we got a room with a jacuzzi tub in it. Definitely a good place to stay.

The room was comfortable, but not especially clean. Lots of dust behind the nightstand (I dropped something and had to reach back to get it). The bathroom mirror was not clean. The stairwell had the same Cheese-it and old bandaid from Wednesday when we checked in to Saturday when we checked out. The staff was cordial and friendly and hard working, however. I saw evidence of that.
